| Tuesday, August 17, 2010, 9:01:03 PM- photoshoot | I posted the rehersal photoshoot video and pictures today and i thought i would explain why i was doing the photoshoot.
I have a friend who is a photography student and for his portfolio he wanted me to do some lingerie shots, this is one of three shoots I will be doing for him.
the actual shoot is tomorrow in glasgow.
P.S the photographer is gay

I answer yes
Although I have been dancing all my life, exercising has been something I have hooked on since i was 12
So, i am going to share my workout routine with you
Wear sensible exercise clothes and have plenty of water
Try having some motivating music
Warm up: gentle streches and movements like marching, skipping and jumping
Workout:
lunges: 10 each side then 10 pulse on each side
squats: 20
push ups: 10 half the 10 full
sit ups: 25
plank: 2 mins
side plank: 1 min
star jumps: 50
step ups: 25
tricep dips: 15
Cool Down: same as warm up, but with more stretches
and there you have it!
try this 3-4 times a week with a healthy diet and you should see results

You could also try DVD's such as Kirsty Gallacher Body Sculpt or Aerobics Oz Style Pilates Evolution
note: I am not calling you fat, i just thought you might like to know this!

I started at the tiny age of 2 doing ads for local boutiques ect. and carried on until I was 17.
I modelled for catalouges (mainly dancewear), brochures, local shops, magazine and newspapers and salons
