| Friday, September 03, 2010, 3:43:07 AM- As I lay next to you | Hush now don't you cry
Wipe away the teardrop from your eye
You're lying safe in bed
It was all a bad dream
Spinning in your head
Your mind tricked you to feel the pain
Of someone close to you leaving the game of life
So here it is, another chance
Wide awake you face the day
Your dream is over or has it just begun?
There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run to in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize it
And you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the tears
And ride the whims of your mind
Commanding in another world
Suddenly you hear and see
This magic new dimension
I will be watching over you
I am gonna help you see it through
I will protect you in the night
I am smiling next to you
[Inaudible]
If you open your mind for me
You won't rely on open eyes to see
The walls you built within
Oh, come tumbling down
And a new world will begin
Living twice at once you learn
You're safe from pain in the dream domain
A soul set free to fly
A round trip journey in your head
Master of illusion, can you realize
Your dream's alive, you can be the guide but
I will be watching over you
I am gonna help you see it through
I will protect you in the night
I am smiling next to you | |
| Tuesday, August 31, 2010, 6:58:35 PM- Hallmark it aint | Of great limbs gone to chaos,
A great face turned to night--
Why bend above a shapeless shroud
Seeking in such archaic cloud
Sight of strong lords and light?
Where seven sunken Englands
Lie buried one by one,
Why should one idle spade, I wonder,
Shake up the dust of thanes like thunder
To smoke and choke the sun?
In cloud of clay so cast to heaven
What shape shall man discern?
These lords may light the mystery
Of mastery or victory,
And these ride high in history,
But these shall not return.
Gored on the Norman gonfalon
The Golden Dragon died:
We shall not wake with ballad strings
The good time of the smaller things,
We shall not see the holy kings
Ride down by Severn side.
Stiff, strange, and quaintly coloured
As the broidery of Bayeux
The England of that dawn remains,
And this of Alfred and the Danes
Seems like the tales a whole tribe feigns
Too English to be true.
Of a good king on an island
That ruled once on a time;
And as he walked by an apple tree
There came green devils out of the sea
With sea-plants trailing heavily
And tracks of opal slime.
Yet Alfred is no fairy tale;
His days as our days ran,
He also looked forth for an hour
On peopled plains and skies that lower,
From those few windows in the tower
That is the head of a man.
But who shall look from Alfred's hood
Or breathe his breath alive?
His century like a small dark cloud
Drifts far; it is an eyeless crowd,
Where the tortured trumpets scream aloud
And the dense arrows drive.
Lady, by one light only
We look from Alfred's eyes,
We know he saw athwart the wreck
The sign that hangs about your neck,
Where One more than Melchizedek
Is dead and never dies.
Therefore I bring these rhymes to you
Who brought the cross to me,
Since on you flaming without flaw
I saw the sign that Guthrum saw
When he let break his ships of awe,
And laid peace on the sea.
Do you remember when we went
Under a dragon moon,
And `mid volcanic tints of night
Walked where they fought the unknown fight
And saw black trees on the battle-height,
Black thorn on Ethandune?
And I thought, "I will go with you,
As man with God has gone,
And wander with a wandering star,
The wandering heart of things that are,
The fiery cross of love and war
That like yourself, goes on."
O go you onward; where you are
Shall honour and laughter be,
Past purpled forest and pearled foam,
God's winged pavilion free to roam,
Your face, that is a wandering home,
A flying home for me.
Ride through the silent earthquake lands,
Wide as a waste is wide,
Across these days like deserts, when
Pride and a little scratching pen
Have dried and split the hearts of men,
Heart of the heroes, ride.
Up through an empty house of stars,
Being what heart you are,
Up the inhuman steeps of space
As on a staircase go in grace,
Carrying the firelight on your face
Beyond the loneliest star.
Take these; in memory of the hour
We strayed a space from home
And saw the smoke-hued hamlets, quaint
With Westland king and Westland saint,
And watched the western glory faint
Along the road to Frome.
The Ballad of the White Horse by G. K. Chesterton

| Tuesday, August 31, 2010, 12:12:59 PM- lets dance | | Under the midnight sky on our land, and watch the fireflies as they dance in the sky, lets connect with each other physically and mentally. The moment that we look into each others eyes feel the love, knowing we are one. | |
| Friday, August 27, 2010, 12:03:15 PM- At the river yesterday | Watched a hawk dance with his lady in the sky. I hope I catch them again today. It was so relaxing. I saw the first start of the leaves changing. Gonna be time to dress up again soon, make pumpkin pie, warm apple cider, and sit by a warm fire. Happy fall a bit early all. Arnt the seasons wonderful, I really truly enjoy them all.

| Sunday, August 22, 2010, 2:03:23 PM- Sharing something I read that inspired me today | Time and space ...
Yes, we all live in a space in time, but do we realize how valuable our time and space are?
The most valuable thing you can give anyone (or them, you) is your time ...
It is one thing that, once given, can never be reclaimed, reproduced or replaced in any way ...
So why do we occasionally give it away so liberally?
Surely, with time being such a valuable commodity, we should ensure that it is worth giving? Yes, we will not always get something in return for our time – at least, nothing tangible – and do not (or should not) always expect it ....
But surely the person (or "cause") to which the time is given should be deserving of it?
Yet, how often do we simply waste our valuable time?
And space...
What is space?
This has many connotations, and the meaning can differ according to the context...
We talk of "our personal space", "our living space", "our work space", the "space in our closet" etc etc ...
But no matter the type of space there is one thing that is constant.
Our "space" is not limitless!
There comes a stage when we need to make decisions about the use of any space, in order that we benefit the most from it.
Something old must be removed to make space (there is that word again) for something new.
Sometimes this is difficult to do, and the decisions are not easy ones, but in order to improve our immediate environment, or simply make space (again that word) for our personal growth an development, we need to do it.
Avoid clutter ...
We need to "train" ourselves to avoid clutter, of both our time and our space.
What is undeserving of our time, we need to learn to let go of.
What is wasting our space, and not leaving us the room we need to best utilize it, or leaving us no room for growth, we need to get rid of, no matter how difficult the decision may be.
.. My extras on this ..
When something is deserving of our time we need to cherish it and respect that is has come to us, whatever form it has come to us.
Smile, I have and it's made me feel better than great.
Blessed be

BUT...
WE ARE PERFECT TOGETHER.

it is a beautiful morning, a beautiful day, there will be no clouds in our sky today. Yes, that is my forecast. Happy full mooning. It will be full the next 4 days. | Viewers Comments (2): | Add / View Comments | Most Recent Comment: | "yes, its sweet and secure." - July_Sky |
